Single-story complete home remodel at Kailua. Existing owner wish to convert existing rental unit into private family use. Selection of color and design scheme based on modern plantation home style.
Makaa Residence
Complete home remodel of a single family dwelling in Hawaii Kai. It two spacious bedroom are located on the second floor with large clearstory windows. Spacious front yard of artificial turf uplifts the color contrast of the house from nearby neighbors.
Koko Avenue Residence
This is a multi family dwelling that located in Kaimuki. Although Zplane Studio was not involved in the permitting process, clients wish to show potential buyers of the render dwelling with the elements of modern comfort living.
